Gondan supplies Edda Wind CSOV

This will be the sixth vessel in the series currently under construction for Edda Wind, a company founded by the Norwegian groups Østensjø and Wilhelmsen.

Scheduled for delivery in Q2 2025, the CSOV is designed by the Norwegian firm, Salt Ship Design. Based on a previous design which features three 1300kW tunnel thrusters, this enhanced model will have two tunnel thrusters and an azimuthal retractable thruster.

Since 2015, Gondan has been part of eight projects for the offshore renewable energy sector and is positioning itself at the forefront of efficient technological solutions for the sector.
