TotalEnergies names SVP of new fuels division

Louise Tricoire has moved from her role as vice president of Marine Fuels and takes up the new post with immediate effect.

“I’m thrilled to share that I have been appointed as senior vice president of the newly created Aviation & Marine Fuels division at TotalEnergies,” said Tricoire.

“This expansion of my role marks a pivotal moment for the company as we accelerate our journey to address the complex decarbonisation challenges and opportunities within two key transport sectors on a global scale.”

By establishing this new strategic group, TotalEnergies says it will be able to share best practices between business units to enhance supply chain efficiencies and sustainable energy solutions.

With over three decades of market experience, Tricoire’s previous division of Marine Fuels is dedicated business unit in charge of worldwide bunkering activities. A long-term partner to the global shipping industry, TotalEnergies Marine Fuels serves more than 200 shipping customers across over 130 ports in Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.

“I am incredibly excited to lead this new division, building upon the invaluable insights and experiences gained from my role in TotalEnergies Marine Fuels,” continued Tricoire.

In the coming months, Tricoire says she is looking forward to building new connections within the aviation industry, and will be attending the International Air Transport Association Aviation Energy Forum in Vienna, as well attending the LNG Bunkering & Future Fuel Summit and the Argus Media Green Marine Fuels Conference.
