New service organisation for satcom company

Eikelenboom’s main responsibilities include co-ordinating the support element throughout the EMEA region as well as providing technical assistance to dealers and customers. He had previous roles in the Royal Dutch Navy and most recently at a well-known marine electronics company. In addition, field service engineer, Paul Smith has recently relocated to Rotterdam from the Intellian office in Irvine, USA. Smith has a degree in engineering and was formerly a technician at another satellite communications systems provider.
