Once complete, the expanded drydock will by 224m long by 56m wide and will be the largest in the country, according to Verreault.

Specialising in ship maintenance and repair, the company is strategically located on the St Lawrence River, close to the East Coast of Canada.

The company was established 1956 and operation at the drydock began in 1982. Verreault offers ship repair, construction and conversion. Its on-site steel workshop handles all structural steelwork and prefab modular assembly to offer a fast turnaround. The facility is also centre of operations for container conversions.
