New appointment for Bureau Veritas

The marine and offshore activities have been combined into one Marine & Offshore Division. Philippe Donche-Gay, who joined the company in 2008, will replace Bernard Anne as executive vice president and managing director of the marine division, following his retirement.

When in his new position, Mr Donche-Gay, will liaise with clients, addressing both marine and offshore sectors.

Philippe Donche-Gay said of the reorganisation: “Our portfolio of services covers every aspect of the marine and offshore industries. Our new structure will allow us to maximise the synergies between marine and offshore, giving both industries the best practices of the other. I will be visiting most of our global clients to listen to their needs and to ensure that our new organisation will provide them with a constantly improving quality of service.”

Bureau Veritas says that the new team headed by Philippe Donche-Gay will ensure that the marine and offshore business continues to grow.
