Robosys expands autonomous propulsion integration
The move brings advanced bow, stern and azimuth thrusters from Sleipner Motor, widely known under the Side-Power brand, into the VOYAGER AI network, marking a significant milestone in the software suite’s development.

Robosys says it is already recognised for compatibility with major engine, gearbox, propulsion and steering control manufacturers, supporting inboard and outboard engines, sterndrives and waterjets. The addition of thruster integration further enhances manoeuvrability, station-keeping and close-quarters navigation for both crewed and uncrewed vessels.

The collaboration between Robosys and Sleipner UK has been supported through the Innovate UK Launchpad Southwest ORACLES Project, aimed at accelerating advanced maritime technology development.
