Lloyd’s Register (LR) and Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop a floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) system for green ammonia production. The agreement was formalised during Offshore Korea 2024.
