Technical Director moves up at ship manager

He replaces Bjorn Hojgaard who has resigned from the group to pursue other interests. Ostenfeldt becomes managing director of Thome Ship Management after serving as the company’s technical director for the last two years.

Olav Eek Thorstensen, Thome Group chairman and chief executive officer, said: “I am very pleased to announce that we have appointed Carsten Brix Ostenfeldt as our new managing director.
