VMS and Yanmar sign service contract

VMS Group is now a registered agent to service Yanmar medium and high commercial marine engines.

Kim Rasmussen, chief commercial officer of VMS Group, said that Yanmar was known as a manufacturer of efficient, strong and reliable engines. “This is what ship owners tell us as feedback on Yanmar engines,” he said. “The fact that Yanmar has their own SCR IMO III approved equipment, which ensures that the engine complies with the strictest emission requirements, means that the product is adapted to the applicable requirements going forward,” he added.
