Ameron updates Amerlock 400

Ameron Coatings has introduced Amerlock 2 low-temperature cure epoxy which it says has improved corrosion protection in marine environments, cures to 0 degF ?18degC, is typically re-coatable in three hours, and is resistant to chemical splash, spillage and fumes. Ameron also says the new epoxy has improved colour stability and reduced odour compared with other low temperature epoxies.

Amerlock 2 is designed for use in areas where surface preparation is difficult or even impossible, says the company.
