Ingersoll-Rand expands range

Ingersoll-Rand has added models, from 15 to 22kW, to its SSR range of small rotary screw compressors. They are self-contained electric motor driven, single-stage units.

Each model comes with an acoustic enclosure which reduces noise to 73dBA or less, says the company. Controls include on-line/off-line, timed auto start/stop and an emergency stop button.

The M15 to M22 compressors are supplied floor-mounted as standard, with 500 or 1,000 litre receiver-mounted units as an option. Outputs available are 15, 18.5 and 22kW with capacities at 6.9bar of 2.52 to 3.78 m3/min.
