T Series from Amot

The new T Series temperature sensor range from Amot Controls comprises thermocouples, RTDs and transmitters. The sensors are designed for use on diesel and gas engines, compressors and turbines.

The T Series manifold connection for `on-engine` installations provides a complete rail and connector system to suit any engine, says the company. It is designed to allow rapid changing of any sensor when testing or replacement is required, says Amot, and uses gold-plated inlet and outlet sockets corresponding to quick-release plugs fitted to the various peripherals.

Temperature monitoring is provided by sensors manufactured in 316 stainless steel. Fixed stem and cable versions are offered, along with a range of loop-powered transmitters and trip amplifiers.
