Four-year flares

Hansson Pyrotech now offers its entire range of Ikaros distress signals with an additional year`s official shelf life, bringing to four years the period of MCA current validation. The four-year dating is a first on the UK market, says sole UK distributor Ocean Safety. The range is designed for use on board fishing, charter and commercial vessels. The company says that the Ikaros range is also Ship`s Wheel approved, and meets the SOLAS requirement.
