Smaller G by half valve from Amot
Amot says its G Valve three-way temperature control valve is now 50% smaller in height than comparative units. It is designed to offer regulation of fluid temperatures to 100?C with a maximum flow rate of 3,000m3/hr, and is typically employed for fluid temperature control in large diesel and gas engines. They are available with electric, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control systems. The company?s W Series exhaust gas control valves are for temperatures up to 600?C in wastegate and bypass applications on diesel and gas engines. These 90? butterfly valves can be fitted with electric or pneumatic actuators. They also include a potentiometer sufficient, says Amot, for 10 million operations to ensure accurate valve positioning. ANSI/FOI 70-2 shut-off is Class III and leakage is rated at less than 0.1%, says Amot. Body sizes are 80,100,125 and 150mm.
