Strategic offers free confirmed delivery

Strategic Software has developed a confirmed delivery Internet e-mail service which, its says, allows users to take advantage of cheap e-mail messaging. The company says it is already providing the service, free-of-charge, to over 600 shipping companies. The service is being offered as a free upgrade to all Strategic and former Dataworks clients using the Message Store and Message Manager 2000 communications software.
