MTU signs gas turbine accord

MTU Friedrichshafen has agreed to package and distribute Vericor Power Systems TF40 and TF50 aeroderivative marine gas turbines. The deal involves Vericor tapping into MTU?s worldwide distribution network, with MTU attaining a wider product range to offer its customers, particularly those looking for combined diesel and gas turbine power systems. The TF40 is rated at 2,983kW and the TF50 at 3,803kW.
