Thrane & Thrane receives class approvals for capsat SSAS

The Danish company Thrane & Thrane has received five new type approvals for its mini-C solution for Ship Security Alert System (SSAS), the TT-3000SSA Capsat. The following organizations have given their approval:

American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

Chinese Classification Society (CCS).

Germanischer Lloyds (GL)

Government of India Ministry of Shipping.

Polski Rejestr Statkow (PRS).

Thrane & Thrane has earlier received type approvals from Lloyd?s Register EMEA as well as Inmarsat. The TT-3000SSA Capsat system comes with two alert buttons, which can be activated in case of a terrorist or piracy attack.
