Marine wiper specialists join forces

B. Hepworth and Company Limited has announced the merger of Hepworth Marine

International and Wynstruments Limited, parent company of Wynn Marine. The merger became official on 21st June 2004.

This news marks a move forward and allows both companies to consolidate already very strong, leading positions in the marine wiper market. Both companies will continue to exist as separate operational units, and the merger will affect neither the Hepworth Marine or Wynn Marine brand.

As leading manufacturers of marine wiper systems, the companies will enjoy close co-operation in R&D, distribution and sales and marketing. The worldwide structure of subsidiaries and agents will be strengthened by the merger, offering many benefits to existing and potential customers.
