Launch rush at Daewoo

Daewoo Shipbuilding recently launched three ships and one offshore platform at No. 1 Dock all on the same day. The first was a 145,000§© LNG carrier for Bergesen, the second was a 159,000DWT product tanker for Teekay, the third was a 69,000DWT tanker for LMZ and an offshore project named ‘Atlantis’ for BP.

In addition, two other ships built during in the same dock were floated out, a 320,000DWT VLCC for Aeolos and a 171,000DWT bulk carrier for Anangel.
