Wartsila strengthens link with CSIC

Finland’s Wartsila and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) have entered into an agreement recently which will further strengthen cooperation in ship design, and research and development of diesel engine and associated equipment. The two companies have had many years’ cooperation in manufacturing low-speed diesel engines.

Member companies of CSIC include Dalian shipyard, Dalian New Shipyard, Bohai Shipyard, Wuchang Shipyard, Dalian Marine Diesel Engine Works, China Ship Research & Development Academy and China Ship Scientific Research Center.
