NCL terminates LoI

Importer

The letter of intent signed in December 2004 between Aker Finnyards and NCL to build an 89,000GT cruise vessel for delivery in spring 2007, has been terminated. The parties have not been able to realize the EUR 400 million project within the given constraints. The LoI also included an option for a second ship, for delivery in early 2008. It is some 16 years since Aker Finnyards last built a ship for NCL.
