STX to enter LNG market

STX Shipbuilding will enter into the LNG carrier newbuilding market and has signed a technology supply agreement with Gaz Transport & Technigaz S.A. earlier this year. At present, STX has completed setting up the relevant organization for production of cargo tanks and is developing a design for a 155,000 cbm LNG carrier.
