PSV contract for Aker

Aker Yards has signed a contract worth approximately $31.2 million to build a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) of the Aker PSV 09 DE design. The 88 metre long 4,850 DWT newbuilding will be built at S?viknes Verft and is scheduled for delivery in March 2007. The ship owner is a company under establishment and the contract also includes an option for a similar vessel.
