Two more for Ezra

The Singapore-based offshore services provider, Ezra Holdings, has ordered two new 12,000 bhp multi-purpose anchor handling, towing and supply vessels (AHTS) from Pan-United Marine, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pan-United Corporation. Delivery is slated by mid 2007 and the newbuildings will cost almost $24 million, excluding the cost of certain owner-furnished equipment.

The Group operates one of the youngest fleets of specialized vessels serving Asia’s buoyant offshore oil and gas industry. In the current August 2005 financial year, Ezra has taken delivery of three AHTS. Another four anchor handling tugs and four AHTS will be delivered in FY2006.
