Daewoo to introduce new facilities

In order to increase production, Daewoo will be introducing new equipment this year including a 3,600-tonne sea crane which will be operational in April. A floating dock will also be completed soon while another 900-tonne Goliath crane will be installed this coming December.

Meanwhile, outsourcing from China will increase by 30% from last year while the amount of block assemblies in China will also be increased by 120% to 33,000 tonnes.
