German owners order Chinese boxships

Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard in China clinched two 1,700TEU container ships from Ownership Corporation in Germany. Ship price and delivery date were not disclosed.

In a separate deal, NVA in Germany placed an order for a 3,500TEU container ship at Shanghai Chengxi Shipyard in China for delivery in December 2007.
