STX looks to expand in Vietnam

South Korean shipbuilder STX is surveying locations in Ninh Hoa District in the Khanh Hoa Province in Vietnam to build a 350-hectare shipyard. The planned shipyard, which is projected to cost $500 million, will be able to build ships of 120,000 DWT or larger.
