ABG bags Dutch order for DSV

ABG Shipyard in Surat, India, has bagged a $21 million order for construction of a diving support vessel, from Netherlands-based Vroon Offshore BV. The contract includes an option for a similar vessel. The DSV will have a length 78 metres and delivery is scheduled for mid 2008 from the effective date of contract subject to the availability of engine and propulsion package.
