Boxships for Korean yards

Samsung Heavy Industries clinched two more 4,300TEU container ships from Itochu in Japan. The new order is option declaration and will be delivered during 2009.

Hyundai Heavy Industries secured two contract for 6,500TEU container ships from two German owners. The first is from Oltmann while the other is from Herman Wulf each calling for one plus one boxship all slated for delivery during the second half of 2009.
