Daewoo lengthens launching barge

Daewoo Shipbuilding completed the extension work of its launching barge which has been underway since last November. The launching barge was lengthened by 55 metres and widened by 7.6 metres and now measures 231.6 metres long and 80 metres wide. It will now be able to handle weights up to 26,000 tonnes and will help boost production.
