Umuroa?s will follow the delivery of Prosafe?s other vessel, FPSO Polvo, which is expected to leave the yard later this month for deployment to offshore Brazil in the Polvo Field.
When delivered, Umuroa will be deployed to the Tui Area Development in New Zealand for Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited. Umuroa will have a process capacity to handle 120,000 bfpd, with oil production at 50,000 bopd, gas compression at 25 mmscfd and a storage cap of 770,000 barrels of oil.
