Bharati bags UP Offshore order

Mumbai-based shipbuilder Bharati Shipyard has bagged an additional order worth about $44 million from UP Offshore (Bahamas) Ltd., for two platform supply vessels.

In April, the company had secured the first order for two PSVs worth $43 million from UP Offshore, a subsidiary of Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Ltd. and engaged in construction and operation of platform supply vessels that provide services to offshore petroleum exploration and production companies primarily in the North Sea and Brazil.
