Full order book at Rousse

Rousse Shipyard in Bulgaria has enough orders to operate at full capacity through the end of 2010, according to managing director Ignat Traikov. The order book contains orders from German and Dutch ship owners and the shipyard is currently building the first of 10 8000 dwt dry cargo ships. The first unit is due to be completed by mid-2008.

Since 1999, when the yard was sold to German holding Rousse Shipyard Beteiligungsgesellschaft, the shipyard has delivered more than 40 ships.
