ST Engineering wins PSV deal

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd, a global engineering and defence contractor, said its US shipyard VT Halter Marine has secured a new contract worth between $45 and $55 million to build two platform supply vessels for L&M Botruc Rental Inc.

L&M Botruc operates fleets of offshore marine transportation vessels in the Gulf.

Construction of the vessels will start in the second quarter of this year, with delivery scheduled for 2010.
