Samudra Indonesia orders two bulkers

The sea transportation service company PT Samudra Indonesia has placed an order with South Korea?s STX Shipbuilding for two bulk carriers at a total value of $97.6 million.

The Indonesian company placed the order for the two 57,700 dwt ships through its subsidiary, Foremost Maritime Pte Ltd and delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2011.
