SCI to order four ships

State-run Shipping Corp of India (SCI) will order four bulk carriers by August as part of its ongoing fleet expansion programme. The company already has ordered 28 ships costing $1.6 billion and has plans to buy up to 70 vessels costing $5 billion, all of which will be ordered by 2010 and delivered by 2014.
