New ferry yard for Indonesia

The Indonesian government-operated ferry firm PT Indonesia Ferry has signed a tentative agreement with South Korean shipbuilders Samsung Heavy Industries and 21st Century Shipbuilding on a shipbuilding project which could be worth up to $2 billion. Under the agreement, the two Korean companies would provide assistance to the ferry company to build a new shipyard.
