Singapore shipowner takes delivery of two OSVs

Singapore-based Eastern Navigation Group’s offshore services has recently taken delivery of two new offshore vessels.

The first vessel, named the ‘ENA Challenger’, was built at the Zhenjiang Shipyard in China and is an AHTS designed by Wärtsilä Ship to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry. This 4,770kW twin screw AHTS is 61 metres long, 18 metres at the beam, sits at a depth of seven metres, is equipped with a Converteam DP2 dynamic positioning system and has a bollard pull of over 88 tonnes.

The second vessel, the ?ENA Treasure?, is an AHT designed by Wärtsilä Ship Design for anchor handling and towing operations in the Asia Pacific region. This 51-metre-long, 15-metre-wide, 4,770kW vessel was built at Guijiang Shipyard in China, and has a bollard pull of 91.9 tonnes and is now supporting the derrick/lay barge Sea Horizon?s project in the Weizhou field, China

Both vessels have ABS class notation, with Fire Fighting 1 capability and meet the class requirements for Offshore Support Vessel Towing and Anchor Handling Services.
