Namura re-opens shiprepair dock

With an investment of $55.3 million, the dock is set to re-open in October and will be the only large ship repairing facility in the north of the greater Tokyo region. Namura’s subsidiary, Hakodate Dock, will install new equipment, including a 70 tonne crane, to facilitate the repair and replacement of parts on large vessels.
