Offshore repairs for Norwegian yard

Safe Scandinavia, which is operated by Prosafe Offshore, was mobilised for a new assignment in the winter months. Safe Scandinavia, previously named PolyCrown, was built in 1984 at the Aker Verdal yard to an Aker H-3.2E design. The yard also carried out inspections and some modifications. Safe Scandinavia is the third rig project carried out at the Hanøytangen facility this year. The project on Deepsea Atlantic was completed in September and the yard completed work on Transocean Winner in October.
