Drew Marine acquires Chemring Marine
The company will be renamed Drew Marine Signal and Safety but its corporate headquarters will remain in Havant, Hampshire, UK. The company visualises there will be no change to its actions and customer support.

Drew Marine, which is owned by JF Lehman and Company, provides technical solutions for the marine industry. The company specialises in fire, safety and rescue, fuel management, welding and refrigeration, sealing products, cleaning and coatings and water treatment sectors.
Chemring Marine supplies SOLAS, MED and USCG-approved marine distress signals and manufactures the Pains Wessex and Comet brands.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of July, depending on regulatory approvals.
