BWTS ordered for windfarm jack-up ship

The vessel, to be named Vidar, is being built at the Polish Crist shipyard, and will be equipped with a 500m3/h BWTS. GEA Westfalia type OSE 10 separators have already been ordered for diesel fuel and lube oil treatment.

GEA says that the BallastMaster ultraV requires no chemicals, and is designed for low operating cost and low energy consumption.
