Large DCV ordered from Vard in Norway

The vessel design, type 3 06, has been developed by Vard’s design company in Ålesund, Norway. The ship will be of length 157m, 27m beam, with accommodation for 150 personnel.

The vessel will be built on a hull fabricated by the Vard Tulcea yard in Romania, with completion and outfitting at Vard Langsten in Norway. Delivery is scheduled for mid-2016.
