TMC unveils new compressor series

The new series is available as conventional models and as TMC Smart Air energy saving models. It has a new frame for optimised footprint, a new optimised air-end, integrated patented oil-mixing valve and a new inlet valve.

“With this new series, we are offering our clients an outstanding air compressor that gives higher output at lower shaft power than what is on the market today”, said John Arne Brekke, technical manager, TMC.

In addition, it features an integrated drip tray with drain and a new separator receiver – still with in-to-out oil filtration for greater safety.

“With a new, sleek design and high-quality components and functionality, TMC 86-124 is proof of our dedication to supplying high quality air compressors that are designed and developed 100% with marine use in mind,” he added.

The series has minimal control air piping, and is equipped with plate coolers, IE2 motors and the new TMC CC1 controller. All cables are marine type approved, the el cabinet arrangements have been optimised and there is simple access to all service points.

The series is available with or without noise canopy and for 55 degrees Celsius ambient temperature.
