Argentina starts on PDVSA tanker

Argentine?s R?o Santiago shipyard in Ensenada, Buenos Aires, has started construction of the first of the four oil tankers ordered by the Venezuelan state oil firm Pdvsa. The 47,000 dwt vessel will be named ?Eva Perón? and the total cost of the four newbuildings will be over $200 million.
