ASL inks newbuildings worth $60 million

Two subsidiaries of Singapore?s ASL Marine Holdings, ASL Shipyard and PT ASL Shipyard Indonesia, have secured shipbuilding contracts worth a total of $60 million. The orders are for a total of eight ships placed by clients based in Indonesia and Europe. The orders involve the construction of two 11,000DWT chemical tankers, two azimuth stern drive tugs, two 3,000DWT crude palm oil barges, and two shuttle barges.
