ASL secures shipbuilding contracts

The Singapore shipbuilder ASL Shipyard has secured new shipbuilding contracts worth a total of $32.5 million for the construction of five vessels for a customer in Europe for

deployment in the Middle East for LNG terminal operations. The contract calls for the construction of four azimuth stern drive tugs and one offshore maintenance vessel. These vessels are expected to be completed in 2008.
