Bangladesh delivers first export ship

Bangladesh has started exporting ships to the world market with Ananda Shipyard and Slipways formally handing over the country?s first ship for export to Denmark’s Stella Shipping. The 2,900 dwt multipurpose dry cargo vessel named ?Stella Maris? was built at a cost of $6.63 million.
