Bohai clinches huge new orders

Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industries won orders for four 300,000DWT VLCCs, four 3,500 cbm LPG carriers and eight 46,000DWT product carriers from Nanjing Tanker Corporation of Changjian Shipping Group. Total contract price is $743 million and delivery of the 16 ships will be started from 2007.

Seyang Shipping in South Korea placed an order for two 73,800DWT product carriers with local shipbuilder Sungdong for delivery in February 2008.
