Cable ship conversion for Astander

Astander has been awarded a contract for the conversion of the cable layer ?Provider I?, owned by a subsidiary of the Swiss Group Allseas Swiss-based Allseas Group SA, one of the major offshore pipelay and subsea construction companies in the world. The work will involve converting this vessel into a trenching and offshore support vessel and re-delivery is expected in May this year.
